Jeffrey Herman, D.O.
Dr. Jeffrey Herman is double residency trained in family medicine and psychiatry.
Having practiced family medicine for over 12 years gives him a unique perspective of psychiatric disorders and their relationship with the patient's overall medical status.
Dr. Herman earned his bachelor degree of the arts in biology from La Salle College.
He earned his medical degree from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Following medical school, Dr. Herman first completed a family practice residency at Metropolitan Hospital and became board certified in 1989.
In 2003, he then completed a psychiatric residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Anna Pagano, PMHNP-BC
Anna had extensive experience in psychiatric nursing prior to earning her degree as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Anna Earned her nursing degree at Immaculata University.
She then earned her first Master of Science degree in forensic medicine from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Her second Master of Science degree is in Nursing: Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Anna is also an adjunct clinical instructor of psychiatric nursing at Gwynedd Mercy University.

Ashley Philip, PMHNP-BC
Ashley earned her first undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rowan University.
She then obtained her nursing degree at Rutgers University, graduating with honors (Magna Cum Laude) and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
Prior to earning her degree as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Ashley worked primarily with children/adolescents but has held various nursing roles.
Ashley earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Rowan University, and is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

Stephani Duggan, M.A., R-DMT
Stephani is a psychotherapist, registered Dance/Movement Therapist, and mom who helps clients find calm, clarity, and real coping skills. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), creative expression, and body-based practices, she guides children, teens, and adults toward emotional regulation, mindfulness, balance, and self-acceptance. Stephani’s approach blends compassion, humor, a down-to-earth style, and evidence-based skills to make growth feel doable (and human).
Her areas of expertise include anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, relationship difficulties, gender identity and sexual orientation development, couples therapy, and substance use concerns—including supporting those affected by a loved one’s substance use. Her person-centered approach is flexible and responsive to each client’s unique needs and experiences. She places a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapist–client relationship and creating a safe, supportive space throughout the therapeutic journey.
Stephani earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy from Rider University. She completed her clinical training at Princeton House Behavioral Health, where she gained experience working with adults, adolescents, and children across inpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. For the past four years, she has worked in private practice, where she continues to support clients across the lifespan.​

She has 25 years of experience working in the medical field. This experience enables her to help patients navigate all aspects of their treatment within our practice.
